Holiday Shopping and CHOW Donation Event is being held on November 21, 2009 from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Owego Treadway Inn. This is a FREE Admission Event and we are encouraging people to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to CHOW. CHOW is a Broome County Council of Churches Program that is always looking for donations, but this year especially seems to be a difficult year. With all the layoffs and the economic crisis, many families are facing difficult financial decisions.
